Sleeps 12Perched on the hillside at Havers estate, 500' above the ocean, this peaceful and private hideaway is situated on Tortola's south coast and enjoys amazing views of the Sir Francis Drake Channel, from Ginger Island in the east to Coral Bay in St John in the west. On a clear day, you can even see St Croix, over 30 miles away. The villa's central location offers easy access to all the island's beaches, restaurants, shops and amenities. It is an easy fifteen minute drive to Road Town. The closest beaches are Long Bay and Smuggler's Cove, approximately a ten minute drive west. Nanny Cay Marina, a water sports and boating centre is less than five minutes from the property.
A broad staircase of Mexican coral tile leads to a sunny enclosed courtyard with expansive deck and swimming pool and breathtaking views of the channel. A poolside loggia provides a beautiful setting for alfresco dining and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen and bar and to the spacious lounge room graced by a large picture window taking advantage of the ever changing sea views. Just along the deck from the lounge are four bedroom suites similar in size and decor. The two lower suites open onto a semi-shaded deck hung with a double hammock while the upper two open to private balconies. The master bedroom suite, is privately located on the eastern wing of the villa and opens directly on to the swimming pool deck. This room also -features a sitting area and a walk-in closet. Each of the five suites has a beautiful ocean view, en suite bathroom, air-conditioning and flat screen TV / DVD combo. Above the poolside suite, is a twin bedded loft, sharing the large bathroom with the room below.
Summer Heights is ideal for large groups and families and one of the few 6 bedroom holiday villas available in Tortola.
