Two rooms plus bathroom including shower, WC and wash basin.  Main room is fitted out as a kitchen with sink and cabinets.

Lease Length:

The lease would be for a minimum of one year

Rent:

$1,400.00 per month (excluding utilities)

Service charge:

Tenant is responsible for paying a service charge to cover the shared cost of cleaning the common areas of the building.

Electricity

Tenant is responsible for electricity charges

Data connection:

Tenant is responsible for making arrangements direct with service provider.

Air conditioning

Landlord will be responsible for installing air conditioning units.

Tenant is responsible for paying for quarterly cleaning and maintenance of the air conditioning unit.

Furniture included:

Refrigerator and stove are in place for the subject

Signage

At such time as Landlord creates a tenant directory for the building, Tenant will be offered the opportunity to have signage on the directory for an additional fee.

Condition

The space is offered for lease ‘as-is’.

Public parking is available nearby.
